FAQ
Questions about plans
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You move up or down and keep your world, your plugins and your address. The server is down for the length of a restart and nothing has to be set up again, so a plan that turned out to be the wrong size is not money you are stuck with.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay the price you see, per month. Nothing is added for installing the server, for the panel, for the backups or for the address your friends type.
How do I cancel?
In your panel, in a few clicks. The server keeps running until the period you paid for ends, and you can download your world before it stops. There is no notice period and nobody to phone.
Do prices include tax?
Tax is shown at checkout, based on the country you order from. The amount on this page is what the plan costs; the last screen before you pay is where you see the total with tax on it, before anything is charged.
