Crossplay
Play together, whatever you play on
One friend has the game on PC, another on a phone, a third on a console. Normally they cannot see each other. A Crossplay server puts them in the same world, on the same address, from €8.95 per month.
Java players
The PC edition. They join with the address, the same way they always do, and nothing about their client changes.
Bedrock players
Phone, tablet, console and the Windows edition. They add the server once and it stays in their list, so the next evening it is one tap.
One world
Same map, same builds, same chat. Nobody has to buy the game a second time, and nobody has to be the one who plays on the wrong device.

What we set up for you
Getting both editions into one world takes a few pieces of software that have to match your version, and a listening port for the Bedrock side. We install and update that, so your side of it is picking a Crossplay plan.
It runs on the same machine as any other plan here in the same location and on the same line, an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X or AMD Ryzen 9 5900X with Enterprise NVMe on the Performance line or a shared server processor with SSD on the Standard line, and the translation work for the Bedrock side happens on that same core. That is why a Crossplay world is worth a size up sooner than a Java one: what the machines are explains where that time goes.
Already running a Java server with us? We can turn it into a Crossplay server and keep your world, your plugins and your address. It is a switch on our side, not a new server you have to move into, so nothing has to be rebuilt and nobody has to learn a new address.
Ask us and we do it, or pick a Crossplay plan straight away on the plans page.

FAQ
Questions about Crossplay
Does everyone need the same edition?
No. That is the point of a Crossplay server. Java players join from the PC edition, Bedrock players from phone, tablet, console or the Windows edition, and they stand next to each other in the same world.
Do plugins still work?
Yes. The server runs the same plugins as a Java server, because underneath it is one. The Bedrock side is translated into what that server already understands, so your permissions, your economy and your protection plugins keep working as they are.
Do mods work for Bedrock players?
Heavy modpacks are a Java thing. Bedrock players can join a plugin server, not a modded one. If your world is a modpack, the friends on a phone can watch but they cannot join, and that is not a limit of the hosting but of the edition they own.
How much does a Crossplay server cost?
From €8.95 a month for 4 GB on the Standard line, on a 24 month term. On the Performance line Crossplay starts at €15.95 a month for 8 GB. Every size is in the price table on this page.
Where can a Crossplay server run?
In Germany on the Standard or the Performance line, in Poland on the Performance line from Starter Crossplay up, and in the United Kingdom, US East, US Central and US West on the Standard line with a small monthly surcharge.
Which port do Bedrock players use?
Bedrock players type the same address as Java players and the Bedrock port your panel shows in the port field. Every server here gets a port of its own, so it is not the 19132 that most guides mention. Java players need no port at all.
Can I switch my existing server to Crossplay?
Yes, and you keep your world. Ask us and we set it up: your map, your plugins, your settings and your address stay as they are, and the server is down for about as long as a restart takes.
